Our Process
Initial Consultation & Site Visit
A quick meeting to gain insight into your life needs and style, this normally takes around 1hr and is followed up with some more conversations and emails to get the creativity flowing.
Preliminary Design Concept
After agreeing to a project outline, we then create a preliminary design concept. This helps cement the concepts and give a sense of spacing for the project.
Completed Design Drawings for Planning Application to Local Council
This is where the design comes alive. As they say the devil is in the detail, and we love details. We'll obsess over all the fine point to bring out your unique character and bring your design to life.
3D Rendering
Before pouring the concrete, we can create 3D visualisations, models and fly throughs so you can immerse yourself in your newly created space.
Builders Preliminary Estimate of Cost
We have a great team of builders that can take you rproject through the construction phase. We can provide guidance and management through the tendering process to ensure you're getting the best value. Of course we're happy to work with your builders if you already have one in mind.
